Needs Improvement highly

My stay was a get for for Anniversary and I should I say I was totally not happy with the room.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Low Rate

Room was very small but immaculate compared to more expensive well known chains I have stayed in since. Would recommend this location due to extreme low cost and proximity to DFW Int'l.

Good hotel for the Money

Just a one night stay from a trip to Six Flags. Good location and good size.

Needs Improvement Badly

The room wasn't as clean as they told it would be it was dirty hasn't been dustied and the bathroom doors was nasty!!! It was a Anniversary get away believe me I got away to the wrong place!!!!!!!!

Great value

This was the least expensive hotel to book, and I did not expect much. The room was perfectly fine, but the bonus was an extremely helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely book again.

Needs improvement

The hotel was cheap, and you get what you pay for with this one. But staying 2 nights, I thought housekeeping would have cleaned the room during the day while we were out, but nada. Very loud at 1 am on a Saturday night if you have family that needs sleep!

great hotel

just a room and kitchen thats clean and safe. I didnt need a pool and spa because i was on business. Best price within 15 miles.

Great room for the money

Convenient location, EXCELLENT for the price! Clean rooms and safe location! You get alot of room for the money but no service which is why its so cheap. Maid and internet cost extra

Great room for the money!!

Hotel was in great shape and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is very comfortable and close to the airport. It is also in walking distance of many food places and gas stations. We were VERY suprised whith the quality of the hotel considering the price we paid.

No frills hotel and is perfect for those who just need the basics. I give it a thumbs up.

Horrible customer service

This hotel would be okay if it wasn't for the treatment of their customers. The shower in my room didn't work, a fact I did not realize until I came back to my room at 1 am. The only option they gave me was to pack up all my belongings and move. They did not even give the option of someone coming to look at it in the morning. When I went the next morning to see if someone could look at it, I was basically informed that somehow it was my fault the shower did not work. Apperantly I should have checked it when I came in. Funny, I was under the impression that the two necessities of a hotel room was sleeping area and a place to get ready.
