You get what you pay for

The hotel was very cheap and that's why we took it. Overall it was fine the bed was crappy but like I said it was a cheap hotel so it's to be expected.

Great room for the money

Was stunned to realize all rooms were suites, cant complain. Very nice for the price! Would use again :-)

Very very disappointed

There were many issues with the room: The water did not get warm and the pressure was terrible. Although we were on the 2nd floor, our window would not close completely and there was no screen in the window. The air condition unit ran loudly all night. When we tried to turn the heat on in the middle of the night, there was a burning smell coming from it and the fire alarm went off (it went off after we turned the heat off but there was no follow up from management to assure we were ok). Somewhere in the building someone played music all night that we could hear. We are assuming that the walls were very thin as we could hear someone next to us having a conversation on the phone using profanity and racial slurs. We had ants in our bathroom. Because our trip was a 16 hours round trip, we opted to stay at the hotel the entire night. We will not be using this hotel chain again.

Sort of like camping

Our room was sort of like a glorified tent, as we could easily hear conversations going on in the hallway and in the adjacent room, and when folks above us walked around their room, flushed their toilet or ran the water... well, we knew that too. This place deserves one star, not two.

The Crestwood Suites is a good place to stay if you're looking for a cheap hotel room you can stay in and use as a jump off point to the UCF Football games. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay. The room was not clean and was damaged. The dishes in the cabinets had stains on them. Actually everything had stains on it. The carpet was torn and the once green couch had turned into a brownish green color. However the hotel staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to divorcees and people looking for a cheap and close place to stay to UCF.

Great value

Our room at Crestwood Suites far exceeded our expectations. We had comfortable full-size beds for the four of us (we never felt cramped!), a sitting area and a kitchenette. Many restaurants nearby, and our room was soundproof to the loud college kids outside, etc.. We wanted to stay longer!

Rainy Nights

It Rained on my second night and water from out side came into my room. This was the only down side with a little maintance this place would have gotten all high marks from me for the price I paid.

Suite for the price of a room

It was very nice to have the convenience of a small kitchen and seating area. Getting a suite for the price of a room was a good value and made our stay convenient and comfortable. Decor could use some updating, but overall, we were pretty satisfied with the suite and location - right outside the main entrance of UCF.

Dirty!

The room had ants, the bed sheets were dirty and dusty. I didn't want to sleep on it at all. Would not recommend to stay in, even though the price is tempting.
