Crestwood Suites - Kennesaw Town Center

Worth the money and drive

Due to repair work at our house, we needed a hotel for 5 days. Crestwood Suites wasn't the closest hotel we could find but it was reasonable rate and allowed pets. We were very pleased with the staff, the spacious room and the clean grounds.

Great experience

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. And...the price was less than the surrounding hotels and motels, yet was more comfortable than any hotel I have been in. Had a love seat with 2 recliners...very comfortable to sit on. Two desks and chairs that were placed in great places for work. I would stay again.

Needs Improvement

The hotel had a smoke smell all throughout the 2nd floor, it was a nice hotel other than that.

Good for Our Needs

We stayed in this hotel while spending Easter with our family. We were only there for one night because Grandma's house was full. The room had a closed up smell to it at first but overall a good stay.

Roaches in room!

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in here in the U.S. There were roaches in the room and bedbugs in the mattress. The management staff moved us to another room that did not have bugs but they did not even offer us a partial or full refund. It was horrible- DO NOT STAY THERE!

Overall

I recently had to go to Marietta for some perosnal business. I am very familiar with the area this hotel is located, and have to say it is very quiet. The only thing I was disappointed in was the bathroom shower and towels. My bathroom was not cleaned very well from the previous guest and the bath towels given were very small and thin. I do travel to Atlanta often, and for the money and convenience to where I go, it is good. I will stay there again in the future.

wonderful stay

the hotel was surprisingly nice. especially for the price we paid, very clean and spacious, we were very impressed with the quality, its a little hidden but was worth the find. the neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the location is convienient for restaraunts and shopping. we plan to stay there again when were in the area

Great room for the price!

A little hidden, but still very close to the freeway. Better than expected, and excellent for the price! Would definitely stay there again!

Great room for the money

The room was great if your gonna stay for an extented stay as for a few days or a week. All the comforts of home.

Not bad for the money could be better

Hotel is clean and the room was ok. Bring your own towels the towels provided were horrible, I use better to clean my car. Besides that the place is a good value and having a kitchen was nice for the price.

Be Advised

On the plus side - this hotel was in a great location. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance, and just off the highway. On the down side - had to kill a roach in the bathroom. And, rooms aren't cleaned every night. Furnishings and decorations are boring to depressing. Finally, it is an extended stay hotel, and attracts an interesting clientelle. I wouldn't stay here again.
