Good Room

Its more of a extended stay place and it the price is a little steep. Across from the university and people like to party into the wee hours.

Great Value!!!

Evening reception included sandwiches, soup, salad, pasta, wine, beer ... no need to buy dinner elsewhere. Breakfast not quite as expansive but perfectly adequate. Accommodating staff, clean spacious suites, everything was great! The only minor glitch was a missing TV remote. Front desk supplied a replacement but all the functions didn't work. Clearly the best lodging value I've experienced in a long time! Thanks to hotels.com

good deal

I stayed during a recent trip to visit family. The room was nice, large, and comfy. The continental breakfast was more than satisfying. There were 2 computers available for guests use, with 1 printer-very helpful and there never was a wait to use them. Good deal!

Very Nice

Very much enjoyed my stay, the room was very nice. The room was very neat & clean, the bed was great, and we had plenty of hot water, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

comfortable but don't expect to be pampered

we have stayed here before so we knew what to expect...comfortable room with kitchen...maid service is non existent..after second day, we left do not disturb sign on door and made bed myself..picked up after ourselves also, would ask for clean towels as needed...kind of like staying in a time share. food for breakfast was yogurt, cereal selection and bagels...upon inspection of bagel we found out they also came with a sprinkling of mold...so buy your own food and eat in your room..so overall if you want to be pampered stay and pay some where else...but overall this is an okay place to stay just watch out for the bagels

Outstanding Hotel

Large rooms, very clean, nice lobby, quiet. Our room had a huge kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dish washer, stove, plates, utensils, glasses. It was the ideal place to stay.

Good place to rest your head

This hotel was very nice for the price we paid for a night. We have two little ones and the two rooms with kitchen really lent itself well to our needs. Overall, the place was clean - only thing I noticed is that the light switches/outlets were kind of grimy looking (like from age). Everything else seemed very clean. The couch and chair in the living room left something to be desired... very worn out and uncomfortable. The bed was very comfy. Not being familiar with Albany, we thought we were staying on a main drag with restaurants within walking distance - this was not the case, although the main drag is only about a 5 minute car ride away (Dunkin Donuts next door though). This was a simple misunderstanding on our part. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Place to Stay

Nice hotel very convenient location nice area close to airport and all the nice eateries hotel staff was helpful and courteous.
