Severe Mildew Problem

Not very impressed; had to make three phone calls to the hotel for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. The room had a very strong mildew ordor and some type of cleanser scent that I assume was to try to mask the mildew smell. It was so strong the smell seeped into my baggage and I had to do a load of laundry to get rid of the odor. The staff was very friendly and other than the odor the room appeared to be very clean.

Close to Airport and free shuttle

The room was quiet and comfortable. The shuttle to MCO was free, quick, and convenient. Nothing negative about the experience.

Excellent hotel

This hotel was very nicely appointed and very well maintained. The rooms were all very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel!

Road Warrior Camp

I arrived late, slept, ate breakfast, checked email and hit the road. Typical business stay: Pluses: Comfy bed, efficient wake-up, easy to use free internet, quiet, good climate control. Minuses: Hard to find from the airport, no raisin bran (but they did have oatmeal)

Hotel housekeeping and management is lacking

the hotel was ok as far as location and room cleanliness however, i was very disappointed that housekeeping did not come to clean my room especially after i made a request of them to do so before i left the hotel for the day. Upon informing the front desk of the problem they played the 'sorry nothing we can do about it now card'. I recieved no sort of compensations for the inconvenience.

Outstanding Hotel

We left our car at the hotel during a vacation to Alaska. We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight and the night we returned. What a great service and a wonderful room with a comfortable bed.
