extremley happy wth this hotel

great room for the money. very spacious and very clean.

Basic and Convenient

Overall quality somewhat lower than other Courtyard properties, but the hotel does have a convenient location and clean, relatively large rooms with comfortable beds. Staff, including a concierge, were friendly and helpful. On the minus side: the 24/7 traffic noise can be very loud and annoying for rooms facing 3rd. In addition, the lobby is in desperate need of remodeling---definitely not up to the usual Marriott standards, with crowds of bedraggled travelers and mounds of luggage within a very small space.

The room was very roomy, and clean at a reasonable price for a hotel in Mid-town. Very pleased. Would return without hesitation.

Great location and good service

Positive: It's a very well located in 53rd with 3rd at midtown, 15 min walking to time square, lexington metro station (green line) is just in the corner. So you can go everywhere easily.UN building is close too. Breakfast service was excelent and people in the hotel were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Negative: I don't give a 5 because air conditioner had a poorly maintenence and when we turned it on was like a plane inside the room, so we opened the window but traffic in NY is very noisy (everyone honk) as well. So at the end we spent sort of a hot night.

Awesome Time! Great Location

This hotel rocked! It was a great location, huge room, friendly staff and best of all, great price. We did not have a worry at all about parking because of the vallet service. Can't wait to our next trip to the big apple! Great job! Highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean and we had a good service. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly front desk and staff. I will recommend this hotel and i will stay here again the next time I come to New York.

Comfortable, quiet, great stay!

We had a room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa. Perfect for a family of five! The beds were very comfortable, the room was very quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but not too bad either. The hotel is close to the subway, and not too far from all of the midtown attractions. I thought the room was on the expensive side, but the large beds and pullout sofa made it worth it. The room was very spacious. We did not go to the restaurant, but we used the business center and free internet. Great hotel, friendly staff.

The Valet parking service is very slow.

Great for famlies

What a wonderful experience for my three granddaughters on their first overnight trip to NYC. The staff was excellent, very helpful, courteous, the concierge even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed it! A bid of a hike to the theater district but a cheap cab ride. Stay for breakfast plan a real plus. We'll be back!!
