Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 9Nice Hotel
This was a nice, clean, fairly new hotel that was reasonably priced. It is conveniently located to I-20 and it was easy to get to restaurants as well as the battlefield. It was less than 5 minutes from the battelfield and 5-10 minutes at the most from a variety of restaurants. It is located very close to a small outlet mall and a Cracker Barrel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the men at the front desk gave us a great recommendation for a steak house. Beechwood Restaurant and Lounge. Excellent steaks. My husband said maybe the best he has ever had. Pricey but well worth the expense for a great meal. I had a hamburger and it was also excellent. We ate breakfast at the hotel on our last day and it was good. Our only complaint was that we were in a downstairs room right next to the outer side door and the door was noisy early in the morning with people coming and going. But that can happen in any hotel. Overall very pleased with our stay.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in on our way back to Texas from vacationing in Alabama. Our room and the hotel facilities were execptionally clean and stylish. The staff from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out were SO friendly and accomodating. The breakfast included in our room price was AWESOME and I would highly recommend staying at this Courtyard Marriott.

I was very impressed with the rooms at the Courtyard Marriot in Vicksburg, the beds were comfy and the rooms had many nice amenities and were nicely appointed. The staff was also very helpful in helping locate different destinations, as I was coming from California and had not a clue as to where anything was. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Nice, clean, new, modern hotel. Rooms were over-sized, comfortable beds, contemporary furnishings, HD LCD TV, overall everything was great! Location is in a group with a few other hotels. There is not much dining around the hotel, you would have to drive a 2-4 miles, which is not that big of a deal. This hotel is the perhaps the newest and nicest in the area.

We loved our stay at The Courtyard Marriott Vicksburg!! The staff was most helpful and our room was beautiful!! Only wish there was a restaurant on site as I know it would be 1st class just as everything else was. Will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
