An excellent Riverwalk hotel option

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rate was reasonable but the amenities were superb. A direct entrance to the Riverwalk, internet connections in a nice downstairs bistro, and contemporary styling.

Service Desk Needs Improvement

In their attempt to be a "boutique" type hotel, the front desk is actually 3 kiosks with only one or two people working. Everytime I wanted to ask a question, which I had to go to the lobby to do as they never answered the phones, I had to stand in line as they did not have adequate staff working the kiosks. I'm glad that I had paid in advance as it would have taken a very long time to check out. The Valet service for parking was quite good however and the rooms could not have been more lovely.

Outstanding Hotel...

Brand new. People are great, recommended good restaurants. Nice and attentive. The only issue we had was that the valet, misplaced our valet card so we waited a little longer for them to find the car, but that didn't ruin anything about the stay. It was great all around. Not far from the Riverwalk. King rooms have Riverwalk view, queen does not (not a bad view though). Great stay, will stay again!

Nice hotel, go as high as possible when getting room

Parking was outrageously expensive (it would make Chicago jealous) but the hotel overall was nice. We had a King Room on the 3rd floor and had no view. The "window" was frosted glass so that part of the room was very disappointing. Try to go higher to avoid this room!

Great Hotel

The hotel has been open now for 2 months. The decor was beautiful and the hotel is right off the Riverwalk! I felt safe with the extra security the hotel took with the elevators. I will be back again and I hope it is very soon! Also the customer service was outstanding from everyone!!

Brand new so clean and good service. Put me by the back stairs and elevator but was surprisingly quiet.

Outstanding Hotel

Enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. Great location, walking distance to all the nice restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

New Hotel

We were the first guests in the room we occupied. Everything worked well and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
