Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 105Great location
This hotel has a great location. Very close to Dupont Circle and the Metro. The rooms are small, but nice, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room because of sightseeing, so the size really was not a concern. Note that parking a car will cost you $25 per night. Pretty standard for a hotel in that area.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 105Great Location near Dupont Circle
Good location, nice area, and very walkable. Parking is expensive and not included. I believe it is $28.00 a day, but if you are lucky you can park in the neighborhood, especially on the weekends.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 105Bad Customer Service
This hotel was not in a very desirable nieghborhood. The Manager was very un professional and extremely unaccomodating. I would strongly advise anyone not to stay at this property.

It was a perfect place to spend the weekend. Within walking distance of cafes, restaurants & transportation. In a lively and safe neighborhood.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 105Hotel personnel should become more knowledgeable
My overall hotel experience was ok. The room was nice. However, the front desk staff, had no clue to anything that i asked for. I was told i would have to pay an additional $50. I asked why, the clerk (Paule) was not sure herself on why and could not explain thoroughly. The housekeeper explained to me in more detail why i wpuld have to pay an additional $50. If i use anything in the room.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 105Good location but needs work
this is in a good location on Connecticut Ave but is a small and aging hotel with few amenities on site. Small cramped room, basically clean, but not up the 3 stars and price per my expectiations. If I could afford it, I would stay across the street at the Hilton.

The breakfast bar was nice and our room was great. The bed slept nicely. Location to catch the trolley for sightseeing was great.

The Courtyard by Marriott Northwest is a very pleasant, convenient property in a great neighborhood at a very good price. I stayed their for business and would select it again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 105Good hotel for the price in good location
Our stay at this hotel was pretty good with the exception of a few things upon arrival. Our sheets had hair all over them, but the hotel staff responded immediately without question to have them changed and were apologetic. They had given us a key that didnt work, so my husband went back downstairs to replace it- but they wouldnt give it to him without talking to me first since his name wasnt on the reservation- even though his ID shows we have the same last name and home address. They claimed "we could have been in a fight or something". The hotel is in a good location in Dupont circle with many shops and restaurants nearby and a close walk to the metro to go to other areas of DC. So overall, even with a few hiccups, it was not a bad experience.
