Very freindly and helpful staff. Helped with mapping a plan out to sight see Washington D.C. (locations, travel, etc.) Room met my expectations (cleanliness, quality, amenities, etc.)

The staff here was very helpful. The rooms were big and very clean. internet service provided. It is a 12-15 min. walk to the metro

Poor housekeeping

The only thing that I really had a problem with was the houekeeping. I came back to my room around 1pm and my room wasn't cleaned yet but i decided to take a nap anyways. housekeeping called at 4:15 to ask if I wanted the sheets changed and i asked if she could give me a few minutes to wake up and she said she was leaving soon. once i told her to come right away, she told me that she had come into the room while i was sleeping to change the towels and asked if the sheets could wait until the following day. i was really upset that she was in my room while i was sleeping. when i spoke to management the next morning, they said they were sorry but did nothing more. if you stay here, just be sure to bolt the door locked even during the day.

Good Value, Responsive Staff

I had reserved through a discount service for a double anticipating added family with me. I called the day of my trip to advise I would be a late check in and would not need the double. Person taking call seemed appreciative for the call. When I checked in, they had changed my room to a single. Had minor issue with the in room internet service, but staff did assist once they were aware. Staff assisted with my trying to locate sites even outside of D.C. Staff in the on site restaurant also were very friendly and helpful to us. Rooms were well kept and pleasure.

Good location

We came with our 3 kids and it was very comfortable. The pool and hottub were nice but over chlorinated (understandably). The staff was very pleasant and doting. It was great having a cappucino machine in the lobby. This hotel is close to major attractions too.

Very good experience

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Overall great experience. Metro was two blocks away but we ended up taking a cab most of the time - worth spending a little more but not worrying about transportation. Would definitely stay there again.
