Overall good but needs help in coffee department

The hotel was comfortable and nicely decorated. The manuel in the room said that in the lobby coffee was available 24/7. It was only available in the morning & by 8:00 a.m. only decaf was available on out checkout day. If decent coffee isn't available in the lobby then the hotel should consider improving the coffee that we can make in our rooms.

Better than Most

Santa Fe is an economically depressed area with some reasonably priced hotels(this one is the best value)and high-end art galleries downtown. It is convenient to the airport, ..with a friendly staff that allowed us to change our room(away from the elevator) and provided us transportation to and from airport and downtown. They were courteous, helpful, informative. The hotel restaurant better than what you will find locally. Free parking, and wireless internet works.

Needs Nicer Linens, but Very Nice Hotel

My husband and I were staying over on our way to Cimarron, NM with our toddler. I'll admit, I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness with my children especially! This hotel was clean and I didn't feel like I couldn't lie on the sheets. A couple of negative things that I did notice was the linens. If they would have a more soft, plush linens like other hotels in their star rating, they would be rated exceptional. The bed pillows were a little worn or maybe just cheap. They did not support you if you wanted to perhaps prop up in the bed. The other negative thing is that when I asked for a crib/pack'n'play, they did not bring any linens for it. Do they actually want the children to sleep on the pad without a linen? That would be like sleeping on a mattress with no fitted sheet. Fortunately, I did bring my own for our final destination where I knew I had to provide my own; otherwise, we would have been out of luck and had to wait after calling again for linens.

great place to stay

This is a great place to stay - especially at these rates! We've stayed in much pricier rooms in Santa Fe & they weren't nearly as nice as this hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Comfortable Hotel

I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Santa Fe. Not only was the hotel extremely comfortable but the staff was very accommodating. The hotel has a new restaurant which I certainly recommend. If you like margaritas, the bartender makes a great one. The food was excellent too.

Nic Hotel

Nice Hotel...Indoor pool with late hours until 11 p.m. IHOP right next to Hotel so you can eat breakfast in the morning. Hotel does serve breakfast but is pricey. Only a few minutes from the Plaza if you turn left instead of right! I had to listen to my wife about that one, opps!
