We were told by you when we booked that each room had a sofa sleeper. When we arrived we had been given a room with 2 queen beds and no sofa sleeper. There were 3 adults and 2 children under 6. After a lengthy discussion we were finally given an additional room with a King bed and a sofa sleeper. This hotel says that kids eat free and sleep free.The food was very good for breakfast. The pool needed cleaning badly and we found beer bottle lids in the bottom of the pool. The room we were given had a faulty air conditioner that needed repair and the room smelled like mold. The rooms were decorated well and the linens were great.The spa area was very dirty.

Great Service

Clean and comfortable rooms; nice gym, spa, pool area, and business center; the highspeed internet tended to be not so highspeed at times; friendly and curtious staff (left a cooler in the room by accident, called the front desk and the hotel mailed it to our house free of charge).

Out standing Hotel

This hotel was easy to find when we were very tired from a stressful day. Not only was the lobby and entrance welcoming,the room was perfect. There were pretty clean white sheets with different size pillows on the beds. The bath area was very clean. We will stay in this hotel again. The personnel at the front desk that night and the person there the next morning was very nice and helpful.

Good Service

Service was good, lots of things not working (ice machines, hot tub, hot water). Did not advise us of hidden fees which they reluctantly removed from our bill.
