Great room but pricey

Im used to free continental breakfast but this hotel didn't have it so I simply paid for the breakfast but what got me a little irate was that the guest information guide indicated a 24 hr market w/out having to leave the facility and of course it was false. You can hear people walking on the floor above you. Good points, however, are the rooms smelled nice and were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the grounds were very clean. All in all I feel the price should have been at least 20% less but I would stay here again if funds arent really an issue for me

Needs Improvement

Hotel needs maintance because the window shutters bang all night. Also the entrance doors were did not shut properly and were very loud as people existed and entered through the day. The plumbing in the bathroom was needing repair. The commode water did not shut off properly.

We felt like at home...

The few employees of the hotel we asked for some help... were very helpfull and nice to us. We appreciate that very much.

Needs Maintenance

The hot water was not working for the entire stay. The commode had probleming problems. The screen attached to the window was loose and constantly banged due to the wind blowing. We were signed a room next to the exist which had a security door which was not operating properly and made a loud noise each time that it was opened. We were really surprised by this poor service. I do not think that it does not represent a normal Courtyard by Marriott.
