Perfect Stay

It was perfect. Can't complain!

Housekeeping was horrendous

All it takes is for your room not to be cleaned to spoil the stay...and it happened two days in a row, even after I filed a specific complaint. Trash not emptied; beds not made properly; coffee pot not cleaned nor replenished; toiletry items not replaced (tissues, toilet paper). All the manager offered was a free breakfast. I stay at Marriotts and other hotels all the time in my travels and have never had this experience. When I come back to this town, I will definitely stay somewhere else.

Thought it would be better

The stay was great but I was expecting more. Especially when it came to the quietness of rooms. I thought the rooms would be a little more sound proof. But i enjoyed the stay anyways.

Nice Stay

I was in town for my High School Reunion. I can't imagine a better place to stay. There was a huge lobby, that was great for impromtu getogethers. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Great Customer Service

All employees were very friendly & went out of their way to help. The breakfast buffet was disappointing - food was cold & we thought it was included in the price of the room but it was not.

Great bargain and an outstanding facility

This is not your average hotel. 1st floor room had 9 foot ceilings. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and appropriate temperature. fitness room had plenty of cardio and with imagination the weights provided a good workout. Great location, freeway, shopping, food.

Good for the money

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable. The front desk was always friendly. The hotel staff was courteous. We did have 2 not so great experiences in the department of cleanliness.. when we arrived in the room we did find someone elses socks on the floor as well as a AA battery?? Suggesting the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Also on 1 of the 5 days--the room was cleaned only half way?? Despite these occasional cleaning problems. we were mostly satisfied and would definetly stay again.

Great room for the money

Outstanding Hotel.... Great pool and outdoor courtyard. Our room was beauiful. We got a great price through hotels.com. The only thing missing was a lounge and free breakfast. They were charging $8.00 for breakfast.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
