We were in Denver to see Wicked which was magnificent and the Hotel made it five hundred times better. This hotel is centrally located and the staff is very helpful and the room quiet and clean!!

Great location

This was a great location - convenient to shops & restaurants, public transportation, & Coors Field. We ended up in a handicap accessible room & I didn't like the shower - the floor looked dirty and there was no light in it. The people at the front desk were nice.

Great location, security a plus

This hotel is directly on the 16th Street Mall. After 11 pm a room key is needed to access the lobby. At all times a room key was required to get upstairs to the guest rooms. Staff was very friendly. We requested a refridgerator at check in, and had it 10 minutes later. Room was comfortable, nothing to write home about. Overall a good experience, I would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable stay

I loved almost everything about the hotel-- it was always clean, they seem to be very environmentally conscious, the rooms are insulated and quiet, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I can't rave enough about the quietness of the hotel, which is definitely atypical (I think) for hotels in this price range. Also, its a renovation of a historic building, and the details are lovely. Inside and out, it really exceeded expectations. Most Denver natives would agree that the location on the 16th Street Mall, while somewhat touristy, is a great bet, especially for a short stay, and quite close to everything. Agreed! What I didn't like, but actually hesitate to 'complain' about: parking rates are astronomical, but in fairness, I couldn't find a better overnight rate short of metered parking; no continental breakfast; no mini-fridge in the non-suite rooms. These are somewhat minor issues in a city with plentiful municipal parking (if you're willing to scrap sleeping in to move your car) and fabulous restaurants. Really could have used the fridge, though.

Location, Location, Location

Can't beat the location next to 16th Street Mall.

Needs Improvement

The rooms are not worth the money. The lobby was nice and the surrounding area is nice, but the room was small and outdated. The hotel was also very noisy-we could hear every conversation of our neighbors and of those outside. Parking was also a hassle-we will definatly not stay there again, the noise and parking are just not worth the convenience of the location.
