Middle of the road

Areas for improvement: no wifi; towel quality is poor (very scratchy); maid service could be better; tv's are old, 27" tube variety Pluses: market pantry prices are reasonable for a hotel; area is good with lots of restaurants nearby

I'd definitely stay again!! Great value for the money!

I stayed here over the weekend and it being so close to the galleria is what got me in the first place. However, now that I've stayed, I'd have to say that the cleanliness and quality of the room I was in make the rates worth it! The pool area is decorated nicely and the breakfast is good too!

Funny???

Upon checking into this hotel, I assume the front desk clerk thought she would amuse herself by telling me that she had no record of my reservation. She continued with this for around four minutes while I looked for confirmation numbers and got more and more frustrated. Then, suddenly, she laughed and said, "Just kidding, you're all set. I was just putting in your information." I can take a joke. But at the end of a long day when I just want to rest, I prefer that front desk clerks are efficient instead of "funny."

price exceeds hotel value

what i have paid for the hotel is greater than what the hotel offer. the rate is higher than the service value...i recommend you to lower the rate.

Great Stay

Very convenient to nearby shopping. Room was clean, comfy, & nice! Staff was very nice & helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay with a great pool

We enjoyed our stay and relaxed in the pool. Just a note... breakfast is not included and the buffet was costly.

Great Hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My family enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, and work-out facilities. We would stay at this hotel again on our yearly visit to Alabama.
