Great room for the money

I liked almost everything about this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean. Room service was friendly and polite. The only inconvenience is the bathroom vent is connected to the room next to us which was occupied by a girl's college rugby team. They were loud and giggly at some moments. I think the majority of the rooms on this floor was occupied by this team. It felt like being in a female dorm building or sorority house.

Terrific Hotel

Other than a TV connection problem that was quickly fixed once I brought it to the staff's attention, the room was perfectly fine...comfortable, spacious, clean. A wonderful home base for my Boston weekend.

Credit Card Abusers

Having previously paid for the hotel through hotels.com I used my credit card for incidentals and was put out 190.04 which after a period of 5 days they have yet to release from my card. They have no recollection of how the charges were incurred since the room was left in perfect order and no movies were ordered off of the TV. They claimed to fix it the first time I called and when I checked my credit account I found that they had not fixed it but rather had charged me a second time. The professionalism of this hotel is a joke, it is imperative for me to not have my credit card out so much money and they do not seem to care or have the will to fix a major problem that they caused. I will never stay at another hotel of this chain again they are far more hassle than they are worth.

very nice room

Very clean, nice hotel in a quite neighborhood. We stayed on a weekend and there were hardly any other guests there. The price was great for the quality of the hotel.

Other than the location, which was a little away, everything else was great.

Outstanding Hotel

The only problem I'm having is they put a $20 hold on my credit card as a security deposit. It is now 5 days later and they have not released the hold. I called them and they said it will be coming in a day or two and its been 4 days since I spoke with them. Other than that I was very satisfied with my stay.

wonderful stay!

This hotel was a complete surprise. We booked a room the night before we arrived, going to Fenway for the day and at the last minute, deciding to book a hotel. For the price we paid on a weekend no less, the hotel was sensational. Very very affordable, very easy to get to. The staff were super friendly, and I can't say enough about our room. The beds were amazing, the room nice size and very clean. The only down side about this place is the location. It is very easy to get to, but there is nothing around. No stores, gas stations, restaurants (besides the hotels own). Need to get back on interstate to next exit or so. Over all very very satisfied and would definitely stay again!!
