Great room for the money

Great room, great price! Bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint were that the pillows were way to soft it was like you had none at all.

Stayed here before but disappointed this time

This was our 5th stay here at this hotel & was soooo happy & impressed with this hotel in the past, however, we were very disappointed this time. The main reason for wanting to stay here was because of the hot tub, however, the hot tub was NOT working and out of commission WITHOUT any prior notice before booking our reservation. We had 3 people in our room and only had 2 towels, 2 washcloths and had to call front desk to request another towel/washcloth & was told that someone would bring it down. An hour later, noone had come, called again & then someone brought the towel/washcloth within 10 minutes. Attempted to set the alarm clock, but it would NOT work, had to call front desk again to request another one. After an hour, one was brought to our room. We reserved a room for 2 nights with 2 queen beds, but was put in a room w/double beds. When inquiring at front desk about the beds, we were told this was the room we reserved even though our reservation clearly stated on my print out receipt 2 queen beds with 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel was offering a special price & we felt the reason for the special price was to bring in business in the economical downfall, but because of all these issues, I probably WOULD NOT stay here again. They say, "You get what you pay for", so I suppose that's why we got the double beds when we should have gotten the queen, not enough towels & NON working hot tub and alarm clock. In order to get repeat business, things should be what is expected when reserving a room at this hotel. This hotel has fallen below the expectations.

GREAT FOR THE MONEY

This hotel was clean and nice. Hot tub not working so really disappointed with that. Rooms seem to be really loud, door slamming etc. Next to ice maker and people got ice all night long. For the area well worth the money.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott, Midway. It was not our first time to stay there and the location and price can not be beat!!!

great hotel

great hotel, great location especially for the money. only complaint is the room was next to an exit door. so could hear guest coming and going. other than that, great place, would stay again.

"Our 'regular' hotel"

We stay here frequently on our little weekend get-aways. My only complaint this time was that the tub was not thoroughly cleaned: hair in the bath tub! Eew! Other than that, the room is very comfy, hot tub is great and the breakfast is delicious!

Great price, great room, perfect neighborhood

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location was ideal and not far from the Galleria. The room was clean and had a nice sliding door balcony access. Only thing I didn't like was the internet on tv was paid service and just a bit more cleaning could have been done. But overall for the low price it was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great room!

Came standard with microwave and fridge. Nice location, great staff and clean rooms. Couldn't beat the price.
