Not too bad

The staff was great, very accomodating but the location was wayyyyy out there a 35$ taxi to AC and no shuttles. It is definately a seedy joint but all in all ya get what you pay for.

This place sucks...

We pulled up to the hotel to check in and it look like a scene out of a horror movie. The weeds were over grown, the pool was closed down and had trash in it. We went in and told them we would like to canceled our room due to that. They wouldn't allow us to and still charged us for the room. NEVER book a room here. We paid 13 dollars more and stayed at the days in 5 mins away.

Dump

The room smelled, air did not work well; the towels were thinner then paper towels. This hotel was the worst place my husband and I stayed; I would never ever recommend it not even to my worst enemy. Hotel.com should remove it from there listing.

NEED IMPROVEMENT BIG TIME

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NONE OF MY FRIEND FIRST AND FOREMOST IT WAS VERY FUNKY AND IT SMELL BAD FROM THE DOOR TO THE POINT THAT I STARTED TO FORTIFIET MY STAY THERE, THE WALL PAPER WAS COMING OFF THE WALL THE LINEN WAS NOT UP TO PAR, THE TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM WAS TO OLD, AND JUST WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER AS FAR AS ME AND MY LADY STAY THERE.......

not much hotel for the money

arrived at hotel at midnight. clerk couldn't find reservation or key. Hotel room was ok. Receptacles were just hanging out of the walls. Toilet didn't flush right and towels were extremely small

Needs total renovation

Hotel is dirty, and smelly. Bed linen had stains on it. The carpet had large water stains and the shower was so filthy I wouldn't dare get into it. The room smelled so moldy and mildew I couldn't breathe because I have asthma. My throat was closing up and I had to take a couple of puffs from my inhaler which I rarely have to use. I wouldn't care if they offer me a month's stay for free, I wouldn't stay in this hotel. I had to end up leaving the hotel without staying because there was no way I was going to stay in a nasty dirty dump like that. Hotel.com you all should check on the hotels that you represent because it is going to cause you a lot of money in the end.

low class!

The room smelt funky! There was no toothbrush in the bathroom, so i called the reception to ask for two. A man answered the phone, and said we don't have toothbrush with a very rude tone. The blankets were stained, i will not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Ouch

I stayed here while atending an AC conference. The room was moldy, the wallpaper was peeling badly in the leaking corner. Black mold had begun to sprout all over the affected area. I made management aware of the condition and suggested that a claim for "rain damage" be filed with their insurance company. Perhaps I should have requested a room change but they could have offered one. The heat pump for the room was not fully functional and would turn off too soon with the curtain closed, Leaving the curtain open to allow the thermostat to read properly made it so at 7:00 am the sun shown brightly on my face. Since I arrived exhausted at 9:00 after a full day of lectures a 5:00 am start and a 100 mile drive I was too beat to move my room.

Needs improvement!

It smelled a little musty and the pool was cloudy and pieces were falling in! The beds were a little hard!

It is a large hotel but needs improvement in the carpet cleaning, lights in the washroom, smell in the room, cleaning of the bed. Better presentation of the reception desk.

The service was very good but the room was not clean, one of the sheets was stained and we got a smoking room when we asked for non-smoking. For the kids the pool was great since it is temperature controlled.

You should be asamed of yourselves for even recommending this hotel. I wanted to save money but I didn't expect a dump like this.
