employee's need for better supervision

housekeeping didn't take care of the room on one day out of four, no clean towels or garbage removal. Told management about it and they said they would look into the situation and apologized.

Convenient Hotel

Hotel is close to freeway, so very convenient. Pool area was nice. Room was large and had refrigerator.

Great room

Very impressed! It was nice having a sitting room with a TV and a TV where the beds were. Nice when you have kids and everyone can watch what they like! Close to stores and freeway but couldn't hear the noise. Will stay there again!

Good value

The hotel was generally nice and clean. The room was nice and included a refigerator and microwave. Bed was nice - better then most. Clean and service was good. Nicer breakfast than most hotels.

Close to the airport and South Mountain Preserve

Hotel was good for the price and in a nice convenient neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shops. We were just looking for a place after we flew in and before meeting a group at South Mountain. Great location for both.

Overall, for the what I paid for the hotel room, it met or exceeded my expectations, with 2 flat screens, a small sitting area, and a kitchenette. A small room overall, but I wasn't expecting anything huge.

The breakfast was great. The pool was not heated, even though the front desk said it was. When we turned the heater on, the room smelled like burning electrical cords. The one ice machine that we found was out of ice. Housekeeping did not leave cups for coffee on the second morning.

Needs Upgrades

The Pool really needs attention, there was green stuff growing on the deck and in the pool. The furnishings at the pool were K-mart specials. The pool deck was unsafe with uneven surfaces patched many times. Benches outside were broken and unsafe to sit on.
