Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 529OK
Stay was OK. Our room was next to elevator and we could hear the noise. It did not prevent sleep however. There was no toilet tissue in the room when we arrived but they sent some up as soon as we asked.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 529Great hotel
This hotel was conveniently located to the French Quarter, the Riverwalk, and the Aquarium. Our room was large and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to bring your own pillows. The ones on our bed were lumpy. Overall, this was a great hotel for the money, and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 529Good choice for a stay near French Quarter
Group of four male relatives stayed in two rooms and found the hotel a great value. The rooms were spacious and we liked the look of the converted warehouse. The lobby was nicely furnished. The hotel is located about a 12-minute walk from French Market and about 10 minutes from Bourbon Street.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 529Great value and location
We were very satisfied with this hotel for the money. It included a substantial breakfast that they accurately advertised as an expanded Continental breakfast (it included sausage, eggs and waffles along with the usuals). The room was comfortable, well furnished but small - not a lot of extra space with the bed, bed side tables, desk and chair, and lounge chair and ottoman. Had a coffee maker and room safe but no refrigerator or microwave. The front desk offered freshly baked cookies. We first were given a room on the first floor with windows opening on a parking lot. I asked for a room on a higher floor which they provided (after about a half an hour wait for one to become available). The location of the hotel, within a couple short blocks of Canal St., was excellent for our planned activities.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 529Godd hotel-not much parking
The hotel was nice. Rooms were small, but fit the need. Nicely renovated to retain some of the history. Breakfast was just OK, but what do you expect for free.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 529pretty alright
pretty nice place. clean rooms, nice lobby. rooms had nice architecture flare with exposed brick walls, very high ceilings and exposed beams. the comfort of the beds/pillows left something to be desired. could've been a touch cheaper. continental breakfast tasted like cardboard... all of it. location was awesome.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 529Good Deal
For the money, this was a great hotel. The layout is kinda funky so we had to carry out bags up some stairs. Its not in the french quarter either (Financial District), even though it said so in the advertisement, but it was close enough to walk, which turned out good becuase it got us out of the crazyness of Bourbon St.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 529Don't get a room next to the elevator.....
We loved everything about our room, except it was right next to an elevator and it was loud throughout the evening. You can get used to it, like a train going by, but it would have been nice to not have the extra noise.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 529no complaints
Check in was friendly, quick and easy. Room was comfy and clean. Free breakfast was a nice touch with juices, pastries, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, yougurt, cappuccino, espresso, etc. The cute little pool was heated and clean, in a small courtyard area with a fountain. This area was nice and seemed to stay open late. The parking was $25 per day.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 529Really Great
Other than the fact that you have to pay to park (which is pretty standard for New Orleans), this place was a great deal. Just a short walk to Bourbon and other hot spots. Friendly staff. Was a great place to spend Halloween.
