Great for the money

A clean, well run hotel. Not the RItz-Carlton, but great for a family.

Great room for the money. A lot of space for a family of four.

The room was big and clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and informative. We will stay here again.

Great room for price and location

My wife and I stayed at the hotel on Monday, May 18. We really enjoyed the extra room in the bathroom and the adjoining suite with couch and chair. The hotel is located right in the middle of Amish sites and Historic Lancaster. There are some great places to eat and shop nearby and a pretty residential neighborhood to the north along State Route 896.

enjoyed our stay

not enough seating for comp. breakfast. we were there with our 5 grandchildren -12-9-7-6-4-and after about 10 min of wandering around luckily found a table for 4.went out for breakfast the second day. room was very good for our group.had a small cleaning problem that was taken care of immediately.kids loved the pool.

Wonderful Cozy Hotel

I absolutely loved this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, and didn't end too early. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. There was only one bus route to the hotel that ended at 9pm, but that is the city's problem, not the hotel's. Two problems: the thermostat machine was very noisy, but I unplugged it, so that ended that problem. Would recommend opening the window if it is hot, or bring your own little fan. Second: My card stopped working for my door, and the friendly staff fixed it in under a minute, but they didn't ask for I.D. Only a room number. Seemed a bit unsafe. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay there again next time I visit Lancaster.

This hotel was one of the best. We onlyy stayed there for 2 days and hated to leave. The staff was great.

Hotel was very clean and room was clean and roomy. hotel employess were very nice and helpful with area directions. planning to return back to that area this summer and will stay there again
