Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 89Decent Hotel Room
The room was neat but had a slight smoking odor, although it was a non-smoking room. The card key to the rooms was VERY sensitive, if it was near the television, cell phone, or just because, t was erased. I only stayed overnight and had to return to the front desk twice because the card key would not work. If staying in the area again, will choose another hotel.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 4 of 89Cleanest Hotel
This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. We had reservations at The Westin Galleria and added this night to our trip. This hotel was 1/3 the price and was much more comfortable.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 89It was ok
The hotel is clean but stay there just for a short period of time. It is not all that. if you are on a budget then this is for you but other than that, it is that great.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 89Definitely recommended!
I booked this hotel through hotels.com while I was finishing up a business meeting down the street from this hotel. Some of the other hotels in the area had poor reviews, so I chose Country. I was very pleased with the hotel, its staff and the convenience. I dropped off my rental car at 11:00 pm, and their shuttle driver was there within minutes to bring me back to the hotel. The room was fresh and clean, and the other guests were courteous as well. In the morning, I asked the desk clerk about calling a cab, she volunteered to have the shuttle driver take me back to my meeting, which was about 3 miles away. I was very happy with everything regarding this hotel, and I will stay here again if I'm near Hobby Airport.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 89Nice, roomy and close to airport
Country Inn & Suites is quaint yet modern space (except for the TV, but who cares). The room was roomy and clean. I was sorry I wasn't staying long enough to try out their library. What a neat idea! The shuttle driver was terrific and right on time for my pre-dawn flight. Everything I asked for was provided in a timely and friendly manner. Would definitely stay there again.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 89good job
We enjoyed out stay at the Country Inn an suites. They picked us up at the airport and then took us to dinner and to a store to pick up some things for our baby. They also had a great breakfast and comfortable beds. I would come back again and tell all families that it is a great value. Glenda from Sacramento California

Discounted rate through Hotels.com was great compared to standard rates at comparable hotels in the area.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 11 of 89Good Room at a Good Price
Hotel is very close to the Airport and I-45. Rooms are spacious. Small Pool and gym only has cardio machines. Friendly staff. Overall we had a good stay.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 89Fine room for the money
My family was pleased with the experience here. We received a special rate because of the number of days we stayed that much more closely matched the quality of the hotel in general and thus made it a good experience. The rooms were clean as was the pool. The continental breakfast was also fine.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 89Just OK
The rooms are nice and clean, the beds could use an upgrade but are not worn out. The smoke alarm batteries went out in the room I stayed in during the night so, they put me in another romm but, didn't offer to help with the move.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 89Ok, But could have been better
We found the hotel, nice, but, when we arrived for early check in around 12:00 noon, we were told no rooms were available and we could wait in the lobby. We had no place to go, as we had no transportation, after coming back from a cruise and using Super Shuttle (GREAT service by the way!) We were told rooms would be available around 1:00, only to find at around 1:30 p.m. that no rooms would be available until 3:00, even though we had requested early check in when we made the reservation at least 3 weeks in advance. They did let us store our luggage (17 pieces)in a conference room. This was a party of NINE people, laying around a hotel lobby for THREE HOURS! Other than that, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice, but don't try to check in early.... it's not worth the wait.
