Great customer service!

I enjoyed staying at the Country Inn and Suites. The staff was exceptional, the hotel and rooms were clean and the rates were affordable. A special thank you to Brenda who cooked our waffles and served them to us with a friendly smile and went out of her way to make us feel appreciated. I will definately return to Country Inn and Suites for my next stay in St. Cloud.

Good hotel, shouldnt post false information

This hotel is located in a great location, right next to the interstate. The breakfast is amazing but the website stated that microwaves and refrigeraters were included. When we arrived in the room, there was no microwave or fridge, called the front desk because we brought food with us. They sent us an old and broken microwave. Its good for the money and everything else except for their equipment.

To The Dogs?

Value for the money was good. Checkout at noon instead of 11:00 was appreciated. Continental breakfast was also fair to good. Some noticeable things that need improvement, however, include the hotel's public restroom not being well maintained/cleaned, and the beds seeming small for "queen size." And if a hotel allows pets, they should do a better job of monitoring things such as loud barking in the middle of the night.

Lovely, Relaxing Place

This hotel is quiet, can't "hear the next room". Nice room amenities, I was comfortable and had plenty of room to do my work in the room. Lobby internet access is also appreciated. The continental breakfast was much more than I expected and well presented. The staff treated me like an old friend (which I plan to be now!) I will be staying here again and recommend it to others.
