The room was not a suite as advertised.

Nice breakfast and the attendant was so gracious and she knew most of the guests by name. She was such a nice addition to the morning. Food was perfect.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 46Not the worst choice.. maybe not the best?
Clean and quiet. Can't say too much that was exceptional about the place. We had a suite that had a fridge and a coffee pot. The coffee pot didn't make that much coffee and only two pods were provided (1 regular & 1 decaf). They ran out of the hot items for the free breakfast at 10:15 and our answer when we asked if there was more was nope. Had a smoking room, but still would have appreciated some sort of ventilation or means of air movement. The pool looked nice, didn't swim though. Everyone at the front desk seemed kind, but not that knowledgable.

i was charged an "extra persons fee" however we only ended up with 4 ppl staying, not 5 and they country inn & suites would not refund the fee!

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 46Decent hotel
This hotel was ideally located for visiting our family in Cuyahoga Falls. It does sit right beside the highway and train tracks, however. While it didn't bother me overly, you might want to ask for a room opposite the highway side if noise is an issue. I thought the room and lobby area were very nice. My kids enjoyed the pool, which was lovely. If you got in late for breakfast, you missed the eggs and sausage gravy, but there were always Fruit Loops, which my kids adored!

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 46Great Location
Nice, spacious, two queen room. Only bummer was there was a busy weekend of activities in Cleveland and the only room available was smoking and the room smelled bad.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 46Would definitely stay here again!
This hotel met all of our needs: pool big enough to entertain the kids, fridge in the room, and free breakfast (which actually included HOT food too!) The location was very convenient and we had no problems getting to all the locations we needed to go. We really like this hotel and would stay here again when in the same area!

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 46Outstanding Hotel
The experience was wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was the same. Towels were soft, bed comfortable and room cleaned every morning on time. The breakfast was great. each Nancy who manages the breakfast area was simply wonderful. She even came around and asked if she could get us anything. Good food was hot and everything was clean. Stay there again anytime.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 46Two room suite for the price of one
Most suites have only a partial wall, or the bathroom, separating the bedroom from the sitting area. County Inn & Suites had a door separating the two, great for couples/families that include those who'd like to go to sleep early and those who watch TV or read late.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 46Needs Major Improvements
Well I first found out the first room had no wireless internet and they would not move me. Then I they gave me a 1' cable which did not work either. After yelling at the manager they moved me four rooms down with great wireless signal. Breakfast was horrible and the shower leaked all over. Not impressed and will think twice about Country Inn. If you like to hear "I can not help you" this is a great hotel for you. I went to the Radisson across town for less money and I am more than impressed. Country inn was a waste of money!

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 46WOW!
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and competent, contrasting with the last hotel we stayed at. We always choose Country Inn and Suites. The location was just off of the road to every where, yet we were not on too busy a street. If you are going to Cuyahoga Falls, Akron or Chapel Hill, I recommend you stay here.
