Needs Improvement

Couch was not comfy and not placed well in relation to the TV.

Great hotel

The Hotel was great the worker were so sweet to me and my 2 kids. The food was just right for us. But my Kids did not like the pool.

Awesome Location to MOA

Room was very nice and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the pool. They either just added chemicals or they put too much chemicals in. The fumes were so bad it burned our eyes and our 10 year old daughter had bloodshot eyes for 2 days after swimming.

Amazing Hotel

We expected this hotel to be nice, but it was amazing. We absolutely loved the bathrobes and jacuzzi. Very relaxing. The comforter was awesome also! I told my boyfriend I wanted to take it home with me, but he said no! =)

Awesome Experience

All goods things to say about our experience. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and they gave us an extra roll-in cot at no charge.Breakfast was more than we expected. We will stay there on our next visit to the Mall of America!

Great Experience

I surprised my husband and three young sons last week by taking them to Country Inn and Suites for a night. I am so glad I went with that Hotel! The gentleman at the desk who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Any other worker we saw around the counter or in the area smiled at us. Our room was nice and clean, with plenty of towels (which, can I say, were nice towels, not the tiny threadbare ones you usually get). As soon as we were settled in our room the boys wanted to go swimming. The pool was warm, and the pool room was warm as well (but not so much that you felt you were going to gag on chlorine fumes). They also had towels down by the pool to use, which was nice. The breakfast was great, something for everyone in our family. The hot food was fresh (and hot!), there were several cereal choices, coffee, tea, pastry, eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, waffles, you name it! They also do a really good job of keeping the dining area clean. Someone was walking around wiping off tables. Check out was easy and quick, and again, everyone was super friendly. We would definitely stay there again, we had a wonderful time!

Great Room for the money

Country Inn and Suites Mall of America was very conveniently located across from the Mall. The only inconvenience is that the shuttle to the Mall runs only on the hour. Anything between that time, you'd have to take a taxi ride. Not even half a mile cost $6.00. Still it was cheaper than renting a car. The complimentary breakfast and having two restaurants on property were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I recently stayed in the Country Inn & Suites at Mall of America with our one year old son. For us, it couln't have been more any better. They had a comfortable crib for him to sleep in and a fridge to keep milk in. The breakfast had a great selection. But get there early while everything is most fresh! Omletes, sausages, biscuits and gravy, cereals, toasts and pastries, yogurts and fruit. Everything you could ask for. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet. Plus, the connecting TGIF's and iHop made it even better if you didn't want to go outside to eat (they'll even deliver to your room!). The location can't be beat either. It is a 5 minute walk across the street and all the streets have pedestrian crossings so it's safe and easy. If you don't want to walk- There's always the shuttle which we never used. But, it's nice to have! All in all- Great hotel! We've already decided that we'll be staying with Country Inn & Suites whenever we travel in the future!

Great place to stay!

Service was very good...shuttle to and from airport was fast and the front desk people very friendly and professional.
