Terrific stay except for bed

We were in town visiting family. This hotel was great. The staff was very helpful. Cookies always available for guests. The breakfast room was also available for visiting and game playing. The room was great. The location was great. The bed, though, was awful. I have some arthritis and this bed was hard, hard, hard. I almost had to get up in the middle of the night because I hurt so much. But for a normal body, this may have been fine. The hotel, overall, was really nice. And the staff were exceptional. Definitely worth the stay. A particularly nice touch was the note left by management stating their philosophy and their goals of satisfying their guests. It was truly nice! And impressive!!

Stayed twice!

We liked this hotel so much that we stayed not only on the way to our destination but also on our way back. One time we had the regular king room, the second a king suite room. Both rooms were light and bright, comfortable, with slightly firm beds. Breakfast was waffles, cereals, oatmeal choices, fruit and fruit juices, rolls, bread/toast, bagels, milk, coffee. I look forward to returning!

Nice Place To stay

This was a nice hotel. I stayed here for a week and I would stay here again. The staff were helpful and the hotel is clean. My room was nice and comfortable. The only bad thing was the alarm clock. The hotel needs to update them, they don't work very well.
