Exceeded our Expectations

We stayed at this hotel while in town for a wedding and weren't really sure how it would be. It was wonderful. Beautiful room, very comfy, the breakfast in the morning was great. The area where it is located is perfect, beautiful, quiet and not far from anything. We will use this hotel again.

Charming Hotel in Charming city

Cute place and very handy to downtown. The chocolate chip cookies kept disappearing almost as fast as the staff replaced them. Very nice accommodations for the price.

Good find!

Great hotel right next to the historic district of St. Charles. Appears to be a new hotel, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly accomodating staff. Will return.

Great Hotel

My absolute only complaint was that the windows were dirty on the inside. The pillows were the most comfortable hotel pillows I've ever slept on and the walls were the best insulated (from noise) ever also. I did not eat here or use the pool, but I was very pleased and the staff were great.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Very nice and clean hotel..Kids loved it, awesome continental breakfast with hot food, also access to coffee, hot chocolate and microwave 24/7.

Great stay, great location, very satisfied.

Our stay was great. Quiet hotel, very clean and the right price. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom very clean. Didn't have that hotel bathroom smell you find in a lot of hotels. Continental breakfast was good, not great, but good. Biscuits and gravy was awesome though. We will be staying here again when the opportunity arises.

Great Location

This hotel had a great location, nice and comfortable room, and a nice free breakfast. The pool was my only complaint. It could definitely be a lot cleaner (the pool and hottub as well as the pool deck area.

Beautiful Hotel

Wonderful place to stay. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Great room..comfortable beds and quiet. Excellent location to surrounding attractions..shopping, restaurants, and casino. Have stayed there before and will definitely stay there again!

Great room for the money

Hotel was very clean, ans staff was polite and helpful. Limited parking in garage, but available in surrounding area.
