acceptable hotel

The hotel is close to the downtown area but it is recommended to drive or to take a taxi, since walking would take long. The room is pretty basic, it has cable, and an A/C unit which was pretty noisy. The beds were ok but kind of old so don't expect any comfort. The hotel will do it if you are just going to stay for the night. On the bright side the hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the parking is free.

A modest hotel

Depending on what you need, this hotel might meet just do the trick. It's easy to find. The parking is very secure, and it's within walking distance to interesting parts of Ensenada. If however, you are looking to impress, in a facility that caters to your every need, then this place is not that kind of a place. There was nothing wrong with our room (the very best suite in the building), but it's service needed some coaching. It's a kind of a high-maintenance staff, one that needs lots of help moving towels, stocking supplies and turning down TV's in the lobby. This was delight to me, but other travelers would be revolted by this. With this in mind, the price was somewhat high for this kind of a place. I would recommend this place for families on a budget, but not for those trying to make an impression, or those wanting to be pampered.

Nice looby. Parking lot. Good restaurant. A little bit noisy.

Ants found in our beds

Dirt on walls and sheets. Dead and living ants in our beds. Dead ants on floor and in drawers. Horrible.

the pictures on line, total diferent when you you see it life, the bed was terrible, room smells bad same as underground garage, ants all over the place broken door lock, carpet needs cleaning, towels were very old and duty looking. Items from my truck were stolen, not very safe to leave anything. Restaurant was okey. This hotel should be 1/2 star not three 1/2.

Sleepless in Ensenada

The view was of a run down harbor with a big cruise ship blocking any possible scenic view. The bed was hard as a rock. Without a doubt, the worst bed I have ever tried to sleep in.
