Outstanding!!!

The staff were all kind and accommodating!!! The rooms were clean and so were the pools and jacuzzi's!! Even the outdoor one's that no one was using at this time of year!!! Excellent price!!

Not fancy but safe and on beach

This hotel provided all we needed for our short trip. We were booked in a different hotel to change things up some and realized it was not a good hotel (Boardwalk) so we went back to what we knew!

Just ok...

Okay for a quick inexpensive beach getaway as long as your expectations are not high... Room was a little dirty, linens were soiled, but room was right on the beach and beds were comfortable which was nice.

Impressed!!!

I was just there with my girlfriend October 10th weekend and I was very impressed with what the Hotel had to offer. I read the reviews before booking and was sold. Once I got to the hotel...everything was quick and the parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The hotel had so much to offer...karaoke, live music, several pools and hot tubs (it was hot too), bowling, pool tables, great beach access, and great customer service. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. We went to Broadway at the Beach and it only took maybe 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants close by and even good food and the hotel itself. We are DEFINITELY going to stay there again except this time with the kids since we know how kid friendly it is. We stayed in the angle view room for only $50 a night over the weekend so it was a SUPER DEAL. Well worth every penny! Thanks hotels.com

Family Fun

We were looking for a fun place for the kids and a place we could relax. Coral Beach offered fun for the entire family. We would definately stay here again.

Needs Improvements

I think its time to upgrade this hotel some. We know you got the money, now you just need to spend it. The rooms need a major upgrade etc(flat screen tv's and carpet) The foyer and resturant area are nice. Had to call front desk b/c tv did not work and they did send someone right away to fix it. That was a pleasant suprise. Overall if your just looking for somewhere to stay and not expecting a whole bunch then this is your place.

Family Outing

The price was reasonable and the hotel was nice. Older hotel but clean with all the cooking items needed. The bowling alley and shopping inside hotel was very convenient. A huge storm came up so family spent time bowling(fun).We did not know we needed to have an extra $100 carged to cover misc. This was fine but would have been nice to know before checking in. Funds will be returned to card. Would recomend to others.

Great Hotel

Staff was great from the moment we checked in until we checked out! Lots of Amenities for the kids (6&4). Already planning our next trip!

AVOID

I was appalled at the state of disrepair of this hotel. We arrived, and immediately knew we were in for a disappointment. As we were told we couldn't be refunded since we had paid in advance - we went ahead and checked in. Of course, I checked the sheets (i normally don't do this - there were just red flags everywhere that it might be an issue) - and they were on inside out (did they even get washed, or just flipped??) and there were hairs and stains on them. One large stain in particular. We asked for them to be changed, and left the room. Upon returning to the room - the beds were remade and looked great - until i pulled back the comforter (again) and the Same Sheet was there in the Same State as before Had not even been touched - except to be covered with the top sheet and the comforter - as if to pretend the sheets had been changed. The front desk was shocked (I do give a little credit for that), and called the housekeeper again to come and change them - she claimed she did, but this was obviously not true. Next - the bathroom was flooded from the room above - towels, toiled tissue soaked, floor was a puddle -We moved to another room, where we did have a nice experience with the housekeeper there - very thorough. In addition to the horrendous beginning - the paint is worn, carpet smells, bathrooms sketchy, views not great, staff was spotty (some excellent, some extremely rude) - the front desk staff/beach bar staff were highlights. Big pool which was clean, although guests would leave towels out overnight which would reserve all the chairs for the next day, even if they didn't come out til late afternoon - i found this ridiculous. It did seem as if this was stopped by our last day. I hate to post such a shotty review, but this was our experience.. I truly wish I had good things to say.
