Good value, nice room

This was a surprisingly good property. We picked it because it was on the side of the Metroplex that made it convenient to get to our next destination. The room was comfortably large; the amenities were adequate. This was a great place to stay for the trip we were taking. If we have to make the same trip again, we will probably stay at this hotel.

needs improvement

They booked us in a room on the top floor when the elevators were not working, and did not offer to have someone help us with our bags.
