very convenient to Bush IAH and to interstates for downtown Houston. Not much of a pool. Unfortunately, right in flight path of departing planes, making it at times quite noisy

Staff Needs Improvement

The hotel staff weren't that friendly. You have to call once your flight gets in, they don't run every 15 or 30 min to the IAH like other hotels. It took them 45 minutes to pick me up. I called two times asking where it was and was told it's on it's way. I spoke with other guest who had the same problem. The driver didn't help me with my bags, never even got out of the van! The ride to the hotel took 5 minutes so I don't understand why it took them so long to pick me up. The front desk girl wasn't very friendly. She was short to the point it was rude. I stayed for two nights on business. One of the nights I was there the front desk got robbed!! Yes, robbed!! They don't have a pool. You have to go use the pool at the hotel next to it. Their breakfast was okay, nothing great. I had to call down to get the internet password and again the front desk girl was rude about it, like I should of known what it was.

Just what I needed

I had a two night stay at this hotel to visit friends, and then continue on for a vacation. I didn't want a luxury hotel, which the Comfort Suites are not. But they offered everything that I was looking for in the way of comfort. Airplane noise could be heard during the late morning, but nothing that would wake up a guest. The staff was very helpful, especially the van drivers who took me to a car rental agency at the airport to rent a car for the day saving me the trouble of going to the airport terminal and changing to a shuttle to the car rental agency. They also picked me up there and took me back to the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and offered everything that I like, but it was nothing fancy.So if you are looking for a place to stay that offer friendly service, is conveniently located relative to the airport and downtown, is clean and comfortable, and that trims the frills in the interest of keeping prices down, this is likely a good place for you to stay.

Locked out

Bathroom door handls was in need of repair and door closed and we weren't able to get in the bathroom. Had to wait for maintenance to repair. Waited 2 hours and we were glad there was a restoom down in the Lobby.

great hotel.

I stayed in this hotel during an overnight layover and had to be at the airport early the next morning. This hotel is only ten mins. away from IAH. and right off the highway. The shuttle to the airport runs every half hour which was great! They were friendly helpful and on time. I arrived late at night and someone was there to greet me. Not to mention the room was comfy, clean and luxurious. For the reasonalble price, this place exceeded my expectations. Oh yeah, and the continential breakfast was simple but good.

Nice Rooms

We had 6 adults and 2 kids with adjoining rooms and it worked great. Stayed 3 nights and it was real roomy.

Outstanding Hotel

would have preferred the desk rep to have given better driving directions. had to call three times to clarify, but no problems with the hotel itself.

Great Value

This hotel provided a very nice breakfast, far above the ceral and wrapped donuts. It is conveniently located near the airport with a free shuttle service.
