Great hotel

The rooms were spacious with a desk and seating area with a couch and a small kitchenette. The hotel was quiet as well, I did not hear anything from other tenants. My only complaint was that the wireless internet was very slow.

too much money for the room

I'm very pleased with hotel staff and service it's very clean and breakfast is included that's a good thing, I consider it's too much money for the location and surroundings.

Great Value for the cost

The value exceeded the cost, this hotel was well equipped and the room was very comfortable. I will definately seek this hotel out if I have to stay in this area again.

my stay

This hotel is a good place to stay if you are looking for a hotel that is in the middle of town. its only 20 min from the beach and is in a good neighborhood. The rooms are better than you would expect. a little higher pay though. Overall i would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

This place is a great place to stay if you are catching a cruise ship. You can walk to some eating places close by, the free breakfast at the hotel is great, ant the free shuttle to airport/pier is great.

Mediocre

This hotel was mediocre it served the purpose of having a place to sleep after being out all day. The breakfast was simple. The rooms were clean. Bathrooms were spotless. I lost an earring down the hole though and was unable to retrieve it.

Fine rooms - watchout if need internet

For comparable high quality in the price range, this hotel is an excellent "choice". One major caveat. If you need true high speed internet service you will not find that here. The internet service is wired not wireless. The internet is free. Here is the BUT...it is slow and it is limited. If you or a family member wants to stream video you will be very very unhappy. Initially you will be able to watch your video. However, after some 30 mins., without notification, your streaming speed deteriorates. After some 90 mins., again without notice, you will be disconnected. When you call the HIGH SPEED Tech support number which they provide, you may be asked if you were streaming video. You are then informed that the hotel discourages streaming and will lock out streaming clients. If the cost factor of bandwidth is an issue, then transparency would be appropriate for the client and the chain. Cost of bandwidth is a factor for every business. Either limitations should be disclosed or an option provided for access at "true" high speed.

Great room for the money

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The staff very friendly. The only down side to this hotel was there were not alot of choices for eating out. A Waffle House is right next door. A Ruby Tuesdays is a short walk. A Shoneys will soon be right next door. It was closed due to rennovations when we were visiting. No shopping is within walking distance. We were able to obtain transportation to a huge mall that was approximately a 6 minute drive. The shuttle service (not the hotels) was only $5.00 per person each way..but worth the money. My daughter and I were pre cruise. I really liked the fact that the hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport.The hotel shuttle was very promt to pick us up at the airport when we arrived in town. I called them after we picked up our luggage and they were there within 15-20 minutes to get us. They also took us to the cruise port. We came back from the cruise and they were kind enough to pick us up from the port and back to the hotel....we had another days reservation. There was a sign that stated they did not offer shuttle service FROM the cruise port..however...they were very nice and still picked us us. I would like to say that Melissa at the front desk was extremely nice. She made us feel very welcome. She called for our transportation to the mall and made some recommendations. She's a very sweet lady and we really appreciated her kindness.
