Unexpected surprise

Our recent stay in Dallas lead us to an unexpected surprise. The room was beautiful, quiet and very clean. The toilet never worked quite right but that wasn't until the end of the stay. The morning breakfast, while very diverse could have used some home cooks to make the gravy thicker, the waffle batter better and the biscuits homier. The front desk staff was unbelievably nice and overall I would recommend it.

Great Room/Great Rate/Poor Air Conditioning

Everything was wonderful,but the air conditioning which was preset and operated on a sensor. Every night when there was no movement (sleeping)the preset temperature kicked in making the room uncomfortable. I would not stay there during the summer for that reason alone.

Amazing hotel room and location for the price!

Location was simply perfect--easy to get to. Room was very spacious--separate living area with couch, fridge, etc. Bed was comfortable. Black-out curtains were excellent! Only complaint: I'm a light sleeper, and the A/C unit kept going on and off all night, waking me each time. Cooling was excellent, just noisy. Aside from this, the best place around for the money...

Great room for the money

The people at this hotel were so helpful. I had two young children on this trip with me and had car troubles. Three guys took time out to help me get a new battery and change it out for me. I was stressed about being stranded with my kids but within two hours they had my car up and running again. Thanks Comfort Suites DFW Airport my family and I will stay with you again!
