Comfort Suites Airport and Cruise Port

They had overbooked the hotel and we were upgraded to a Suite, which was very nice!

Good location

Great location but for the price I expected it to be nicer

"Room for improvement"

The location is conveinent to the airport and the shuttle was helpful. The overall hotel was much less than expected. The pool was dirty and kids were swimming with diapers off. The breakfast was average and the room was no "SUITE". I was nerveous in the area to walk out for food and we heard sirens and motorcycles ALL night. Not quite what I had expected for my departure from beautiful Florida.

Great room for money

We received extremely good service from the check in desk and were very satisfied with the standard of the room at the rate we paid. As we are CHOICE card holders in Scandinavia we were given an upgraded room - would recommend this hotel to others

Great location for Discovery Cruise, BUT

This hotel is great for the Discovery Cruise to the Bahama,but they have been very late picking us up both times. The last time because their phones were out. They seem to be doing their best, but something always gets messed up.

Needs help

Nice to have the free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port but the condition of the rooms was lousy. Breakfast was good. Pool was dirty and small. Workout room was disappointing. Smell of the lobby was of urinal. Rooms smelled musty and moldy. Tile in bathroom was cracked. I think we will find somewhere next year without the shuttle but in better condition. Plus the price was not that great.

I paid way to much for that hotel room with mold on the walls and cracks and peeling stuko. I would love my money back or a credit. I would not use this service again.

Noisy

Stayed one night prior to a cruise. Room was somewhat grungy. We wiped it down before we touched anything. The AC in the room made a very loud noise, which did go away when we leaned our luggage on it. Our room was on the driving up and down this road all night, very hard to sleep. Workout room consisted of a stationary bike, a treadmill, an elliptical, and a TV. No free weights. The free breakfast – which we went down to eat at 9:00 am –was just that, a free for all. Pushing and shoving which caused you to drop you food. Ugly! Next trip, we won’t be staying here.
