Hotel Meets Needs Of Family

I have to bring my granddaughter to Children's Medical Center every six months and we usually have an early appointment. This hotel is close to our destination, very comfortable, fun for the little one, and an all around great way to relax after a long drive. We appreciate all the staff and accomadations. We especially enjoy the king size bed, with the fluffy pillows. We have to bring baby dolls and my granddaughter and her babies have a wonderful time in the big bed. Breakfast is great and free. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Needs improvement

There were 2 roaches in our room and did not have hot water for shower on the first morning.

Great value for the money

The room was very clean and had all new furniture and fixtures in it. Plus you had the convience of a microwave, refridgerator and coffee maker in your room. The bed was very comfortable and the covering and sheets were clean and very nice. We did not eat the breakfast they offer because of our trips timing, but it smelled wonderful as we were checking out that morning.

Very nice!

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in DC where the room was not too much different than this room. Sure it had its upgrades, but they still had a old tv. That room costs almost 4x than this one, didn't have complimentary breakfast, and had to pay for internet access. The front staff at the Comfort Inn was very nice, breakfast was decent, and internet a bit slow. Overall, I definately recommend this hotel.

O.K. for the money

The room was so cheap that I don't really feel like I room to complain. But, the person above us started walking about 5 a.m. and I heard every step. He didn't stop until he left about 8. The air conditioner could not be adjusted to have a fan run constantly. That is always helpful to me when staying where there is always noise. The thermostat obviously didn't work because the room was too warm with it set on 68. It was a night with very little sleep. The front desk guys were very friendly and the location was good.

Good Room

Overall very good, but no onsite laundry or pool. Everything very clean, good breakfast and great staff. My daughter was sick and they allowed me to stay and extra two hours past checkout time. Good security in parking lot.
