Excellent Hotel

If you're ok with sleeping on a double bed, this hotel is excellent!

Good Value for money but don't go there renvations going on

This is my third time at this property so I was quite aware of what to expect. To my surprise and dismay I never expected massive renocations of which I found to be incovenent and very uncomfortable. It would been nice for hotels.com to give a heads up that the property is undergoing renovations. I decided to leave a day early because I could not take it anylonger.

Great room for the money but front desk staff needs improvement.

WE have stay at this hotel numerous times and have always been satisfied. It is now being updated with new things in the rooms. There was only one section open and I felt the people at the front desk were rude and not very helpful. The room was clean as the cleaning staff do an excellent job.

Big mistake

Cheap, cheap motel. Looks more like a motel by the highway, than something you can take your family for a vacation. It was the worst mistake we ever made

Only ran Disney shuttle 2 times in the morning.

The shuttle at other location runs on stop every 15 - 20 minutes at this hotel it was either 8:30 or 10:30. But overall it was a nice clean and very friendly hotel.

great location great price

this hotel is nice the kids liked the pool and it is close to all disney locations

Gets the job done

Not a five star resort, but then doesn't have a five star price. It's gotten a little run down since I was there last (six years ago), but I'd still stay there again. Their food is probably the worst thing about the place.

great location, ok for the price.

friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, not real sound proof but most of the noise was from outside with people coming and going. heated pool is nice. free wifi isn't so great. low connection in room and only certain times you could get online and get a webpage opened and then sometimes you only got it for a few minutes then lost signal. The high-speed access is expensive per day but you can take your laptop to the lobby and get a better connection there. Shuttle busses available for the theme parks more than once a day. Breakfast is not included but the family suites have a micro/fridge so we bought breakfast and lunch food and only ate out once a day. There are a lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Overall our stay was comfortable.

hotel was ok but beware of extra charges. Breakfast was listed on the website but is not included but did have a micro/fridge in the room so we bought a lot of food we could eat in the room. Also states free wifi but the access is so low you can barely get a connection if you can get one at all however you can take your laptop into the lobby and get one there, otherwise if you want high-speed access in your room you have to pay for it and was very pricey per day. The heated pool was nice. The hotel does have laundry facilities available but not enough to accommodate the number of rooms, 4 washers/dryers and could not find any laundrymats close-by so you are stuck with using the hotel so you have better luck during the day as so many people are doing laundry between 10 pm-midnight after they get back from the attractions. Put out your do not disturb sign when you don't want maid service. We would take it off when we left so they could come clean the room and they make their rounds several times a day so can pretty much get it cleaned at your convenience within their work hours. We got the family suite which has a queen bed, bunk bed, and twin size bed. The kid area has a petition between the queen bed and kids beds. Each area has a TV and is not sound proof so kind of hard to watch both at the same time unless you watched the same channel because you would hear the kids tv louder than the one you were watching as the speakers are on the side/back and is louder on your side than they are hearing. The rooms are the same size as the regular rooms but just have the kids area petitioned off so they aren't bigger rooms but the kids seemed to enjoy having their little space. Great location and close to everything. Restaurants everywhere within walking distance, gas stations, and enclosed parking and security. Beds were comfortable but bring your own pillows as theirs are very soft and flatten out. If you have a maintenance problem let them know and they fix it right away. W
