The male receptionist when we checked-in was somewhat borderlining between a-big-time jerk and just-plain rude person. My wife and I felt that we were interruptions to his TV-time when we came back to the desk at two separate occassions to reactivate their faulty keycards. Our room was located near the Jack-in-the-box fast food, occassionally there would be drive-thru customers who were blasting their ears off with their car stereos. It was like midnight and we already settled in AND my three year old was already asleep AND I had to wake up at 5am to ask for us to be transferred. The thing that ticked me the most was the receptionist/manager (different person when we checked-in) was late in opening the breakfast area. The employee or maybe owner was inside the breakfast area and was sleeping in full view of customers! And I waited for at least 15 minutes but the quality of the food was very poor and not worth my time. The pancake mix was awful. The apples were like soft and about to rot... I didn't dare to bite. I had to eat somewhere for a decent breakfast.

Outstanding for the money!

Good value, comfortable hotel.

The lobby was comfortable and the continental breakfast was a real perk. Very nicely presented. The room was clean and comfortable, but had an odor noticeable upon entering the room - forgotten with time in the room. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would use this hotel again.

Outstanding Hotel

We stay in many hotels. This Hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The Price was very reasonable as well. I come to Farmers Branch once or twice a year and i will definetly be back to this Comfort Inn.
