Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 165Very Poor....Needs Improvement
My simblings and I was visiting in Ohio The reviews online was ok, 3 1/2 stars was not bad. I booked two rooms and the rooms was extremely dirty and the comforters on the bed was dirty with coffee spots throughout the bed. The walls was extremely dirty and spider webs throughout the room. Parking was $15 which was not notated online at the time of booking. I will not stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 165wrong bed size
We ordered a room with a king size bed, however when we got there they said there were none available. They took the money out of my account the day I booked the hotel so I should of gotten the room I requested. Had they only held my credit card number until I got there then I would understand there were no rooms left. The rooms were clean the bed pillows were to small they were square pillows. But for a one night stay it was worth the price.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 165Nice room for the money
Enjoyed staying at the hotel, breakfast was good and nice varity of food. Couldn't understand why we had to pay for parking but they do have shuttle service which helped us get to and from where we were going.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 165Great Staff, Not so great room
First of all, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The building was old, but I do think it was clean. However, our room smelled horribly of Subway (which happened to be directly below us) and made me sick to my stomach. Both beds in our room were the most uncomfortable things ever. NO support, sunk in the middle, no one slept that night. The parking was atrocious - I guess nice that they had parking, but the attendants were very unprofessional, smoking in our faces. We felt like our car would be missing when we woke up. I'll never stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 165Great room for the money
Just down the road from the Cleveland Clinic. Very affordable compared to other area hotels. Nothing fancy, but a good clean room in a convenient downtown location. The surrounding area seemed safe and there are places to eat pretty much in the hotel.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 11 of 165Great location, good accomodation for the price
You can tell that the Comfort Inn is an older hotel right in the middle of Downtown Cleveland. The room was a little small, even though we where happy to find out that we had been upgraded to a "Queen Suite with Whirl Tub", had 2 TV's, Fridge and MW. Everything was nice and clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a good place if your looking for a decent place to stay downtown without spending a fortune. Just don't expect luxury accomodations.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 165Hotel was all right.
The hotel was fine for the price we paid. It was within walking distance to the baseball stadium and a couple bars. It was a longer walk to the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame but it was doable. The room was clean and we didn't have any problems.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 165Great Location Downtown
Front Desk staff was very friendly and informative. Parking attendant was prompt and attentive. Great walking distance to Progressive Field. RocknRoll HOF was about a mile away, but a level walking trip. Good breakfast, although crowded on weekend baseball series.
