good Location but needs updating

Good Breakfast and Chic restaurant. Rooms and hallways need urgent remodeling. Booked two rooms but they could not figure out how to find the other room in the booing through hotels.com since it was one booking for multi room reservation

Beware of this hotel!!!

Before you can book this hotel, please check the following. 1. Parking is charged at 11 Euros per night 2.Breakfast is not included and they charge 13 Euros minimum for breakfast. 3. Outgoing phone lines don't work and they are blocked 4. Housekeeping is not done on a daily basis.Ex: Shampoos, soap is not replaced every day. 5.DO NOT compare the comfort inn in US with this one. This is more like a motel with a good lounge and bistro.

Close enough to the subway

The neighborhood was a mix of big nice hotels and abandoned buildings. It is close to business, but we were there as tourists, however it was less expensive than the tourist hotels and close enough to the subway that we could easily get to the "sights". I WOULD recommend this hotel to others. However the breakfast was NOT included and we usually try to find hotels that include breakfast, it helps to get the day started right!

Defenitely worth considering for stay in Paris

Positives - Very well maintained property with very reasonable rates. Friendly and helpful front desk Good dining facilities in the hotel premises. Close to train station that covers both RER and Metro lines. Could be better - - Rooms were on the smaller side - The walk to the metro station was about 10 mins.

Very dirty hotel, we rate this hotel one star. We have to moved to another hotel, very disappointed.

Underground parking was nice. Small playground behind hotel for children. Rather a long walk to the Metro station with poor connections to Paris sights.

Needs improvement and repair. Also far from the city circle.

Would not recommend it. The room had a number of broken items in it.
