Not a good value for money

This hotel is situated a long distance away from most of Paris attractions. The only consolation is the metro stop right next to the hotel, but plan for at least 45 minutes of travel time even on this fast metro. The hotel staff is not courteous. We had a very hard time getting our rooms on time. We had to wait for more than 2 hours in the lobby even though we were there exactly on time for the check in time. The front office staff was extremely rude and the to make matters worse the manager was indifferent. He also threatened to cancel our booking when we protested. rooms are extremely small and claustrophobic. But, as i am led to believe that these small rooms are a norm in Europe.
