Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 30Good room for the money
Hi I stayed three nights. The room was #30 on the first floor, outside door, convenient to the continental breakfast (which was adequate for the price), and it was easy to exit to traffic. My room was just right for one person. The price was right - only the third night (Sunday) was a shortage of full size towels noticed. Have a good stay. John F

Stayed 1 night at the hotel. arrived in the pouring rain had to wait 15 minutes listening to clerk complainung to someone on the phone about the computer system not working. Checked in and got a keycard which didnt work had to go back and get a regular key. heater in the room took like an hour to warm up the room. There were no smoking signs on the door to the room and the bedding had cigarette burns in it. had people trying to open the room door at 2am. Overall my stay was not that great. Might have just been a bad night for the hotel.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 30good room for the money
room was good for the money. Small, but if you are just there to sleep not a big deal. Located right near the mall and a bunch of great places to eat. Right around the corner from the NY interstates, but not very noisy.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 30Kind of dumpy
This hotel was not the nicest. The room smelled. I felt like I needed to wear shoes while I was in the room because it felt dirty. The room and bathroom were tiny. I would not stay here again.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 30Wow..."Petit" is right.
I stayed here and was in one of the Petit Queen rooms. I have never been in such a small hotel room in my life. It was less than 150 square feet. There was no room to move. The shower was tiny...very dissatisfied. There were other rooms for twice the money, so I assume that they were twice the size, but for only slightly more money, there are a lot more choices available in the Albany area. I do not plan to stay here again. To add to the issues, the front desk clerk was apathetic about the internet service not working in the rooms. The overnight clerk who came in at 11pm was able to successfully reboot their system and then the internet worked fine, but I was shocked at how little customer service was offered by the afternoon shift clerk.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 30Unfortunate Stay
Room that I got was not the room that I reserved. The room was dirty, dank and smelled. The bathroom was tiny, and very hard to turn around in. Pictures on Hotels website, do not match the actual rooms that you get when you stay there.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 30Needs Much Improvement
Check-in went smoothly, but as soon as as I open the room door, a strong odor of "AirWick Solid Super Odor Killer" almost knocked me over, trying to cover-up the smells from cigars, etc. I went to use the toilet and it would not flush and nearly overflowed. This is one of the worst rooms I had ever stayed in and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel needs some maintanence. Continental breakfast and supurb service make up overall very good place for the cost
