Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 2Needs Improvement
Upon arraival to the hotel, they told me there computers were down for a week or so and they didnt have my information, after rifleing through paperwork for about 15 min. they found something. I understand things happen and technology problems happen but maybe some sort of a backup system, or if they had one maybe more organized. Even with this the hotel worker remained calm and smiled so that defuzed the situation a little bit. In the room one of the lights did not work next to the bed, tried changing the bulb but no luck, and couldnt get comfortable in the bed, the pillows were small(end to end about 6 to go accross the width of the bed) Shower curtin didnt cover whole shower about a 4-6 inch gap on both sides so floor would get wet.
