Great Hotel; Friendly Staff

Great Service-The fan in our bathroom would not work, so the staff moved us without hesistation. They were extremely customer first, with a friendly attitude. The breakfast was excellent, again with friendliness of the staff. The accomodations were great and very comfortable. Would strongly recommend City Hotel and Bistro!

SUPER LOCATION

Reasonable rates and very conveniate to Greenville Convention Center. Very good hot breakfast bar included.

Needs improvement

I felt that for the money spent, I did not receive the ammenties promised. My hotel room was less than adequate compared to others at the same rate. The restaurant/bar was pleasant but also over priced for what was being offered. I will not go back to this hotel with the same expectations. It was at the least a one star hotel and completely overpriced. Do not book this hotel expecting a fine hotel room!

Nice Hotel

The room was nice but the pillows on the bed were hard. Breakfast was ok but not many items to choose from. Location was great lots places to eat and to shop.

A little pricey for the appearance

Considering the cost of living today, I guess the pricing was fine. The location was near a shopping mail. However, the restaurant appearance needs improvement. the food was good, but for the price paid, the ambiance could use some improvement.

furniture layout in room was awkward for TV watching only got 1 sample of shampoo and soap for 2 guests cleanliness superior

City Bistro Visit

We were very impressed by the spacious rooms and the cleaninesses. I would stay there again. Maid service was excellent. Superb hospality! Thanks, Evalina

Very Satisfied

Great hotel. We stayed there while visiting East Carolina U and were very pleased. The hotel's restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was standard, but provided a nice atmosphere with no seating problems. Would definitely recommend!

Great room.

We stayed there for three nights. The hotel, as a whole, is kept very clean. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. The only problem we had was the police were called early one morning for a domestic violence in the room next to ours so there was no sleeping that morning. All in all, a very relaxing weekend.

Overall Service - Very Good

The service at the front desk was excellent. The restaurant staff service was very good and the staff at breakfast was helpful and friendly. Every question we asked was answered promptly and courteously. We left our room in the morning and every afternoon the room had been attended to.
