Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 9Citea les Lilas d'Espagne
Another great Citea hotel. Spotless , though a bit spartan , located in a quiet safe family neighborhood. Covenient to shopping, local markets , restaurants the La Defense metro station and Quatre Temps shopping mall. Desk staff friendly and always helpful.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 9It is what it is...a budget hotel
On the downside: it's located 15 minutes walk from La Defense metro, the room is austere, the 12" TV has one English station (Skynews), the bed was not much better than what you would find in a dorm, you might bash your head on the bathroom sink shelf if you bend over in the shower, and front desk service is perfunctory. On the upside: with a kitchenette and a Monoprix (grocery store) two blocks away, you can save a lot of money cooking your own food, the TV has Italian, Germans and French programming, the neighborhood is pleasant and the La Defense shopping area is 15 minutes away, and as of 1 January 2008 all indoor areas in France, including hotels, are completely smokefree--no more stinking hotel rooms.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 9Great room for the money
This Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was located in a great location. about 10 mins walk from metro and it was in a good residential locality. The hotel reception was good and they spoke good English. The bed was a bit small but I think for the price I paid that was good enough. I would give 5 stars to this hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 9The room smelled like mold
My first impression was that the room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom and the living quarters smelled like mold. We had to open the windows and leave them open to be able to stand the smell. There was even a moldy smell in the hallway and elevators. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. We were given bad directions on how to get back into the hotel from the underground parking area. We ended up having to walk around the block to get back into the hotel. The elevator did not work on the floor we were on (the 11th floor), so we had to take the stairs down to the 10th floor in order to get on the elevator. No surprise that the stair well smelled of mold as well. The front desk staff was not very friendly. I would have preferred to go to another hotel, but we were exhausted. I will not return to this hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 9Older Hotel, definately needs improvements
We weren't expecting the Hilton, but this hotel wasn't even comparable to a Super 8. It is a older Hotel, rooms showed there wear and were very small. This was the first Hotel that we have ever been in where if you don't take out the trash, they charge you something like 90 Euro's. It also states Parking, but you have to pay for that parking 10 Euro's a night, otherwise you park on the street.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 9We'll go there again
The hotel is near a business district, great location, a supermarket and several restaurants are near by as well, bus station is in front of the hotel and Metro station is a 10-minute walk. Rooms are clean with refrigerator, stovetop and Microwave. More importantly, free wireless connection gives you the ability to get online and work. There is a nice small swimming pool on the 1st floor as well. The rooms do not have hair dryer or iron, but I was able to leave a deposit and get a hair dryer from the receptionist with no charge. I do not know if they had an iron to give out as well.
