Fabulous Find!

This was a fantastic hotel and everything was perfect! The staff, the huge room, the surrounding shops and restaurants, and the convienient location. The pool was great for my children and relaxing for me!

Upscale Comfort

This is a classic hotel that has been renovated and well maintained. There is a great area adjacent to the hotel for shopping and terrific restaurants.

Disappointing Hotel

Upon arrival, hotel staff offered to get someone to help with our bags. We readily agreed, but no one came so we had to handle it ourselves which was difficult with our infant in tow. There was one person working at the front desk, so we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. When we got to our room, the bathroom light didn't work so we had to call for repair. Furthermore, the shower did not look at all clean. I might also note that with the closure of Interstate 64/40, traffic getting to and from the hotel was exceptionally bad. Overall, in light of the cost of the hotel, I expected much more and was quite disappointed.

Wonderful hotel

The Chase Park Plaza exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel has been restored to its previous grandeur and is a visual delight. The staff is informative and helpful without being intrusive. The neighborhood which was built for the 1904 worlds faire has some beautiful homes and good restaurants. We would stay again if we are in St. Louis

Great value!

This property is very nice. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. The area is perfect since there is a variety of several restaurants just one block away. Unusual, but there is also a movie theater right in the hotel. A great value!

Great retreat

The Chase is a great retreat. When moving my daughter from college I treat myself to a wonderful, luxurious night at this hotel. I feel safe, a perfect location and a lovely area to find many different restaurants.

Cafe Eau

Location- pool side / beautiful Food- good / Service - average Celebrated my daughters BD there / dinner for 18 people. She was happy and it turned out great. But I was unable to make any arrangements in advance, yes I called several times, for sure the evening event coordinator was non collaborative. My bigest regret was that she never put in contact with the hotel bakery. At the end, the least I expected was a cupcake with a candle but she preferred to let it slide.
