The exterior and common area rooms of the chateaux are great as is its location. The room was large and had a nice bathroom. That is where great ends. The staff could care less about your eperience. They did recommend a restaurant called the Allegiant in Amboise a horrible non dining experience which the chateaux could care less about. The breakfast service which you make an appointment for was non existing. We and other customer had to go into the kitchen to receive help. Talking to the front desk once again could care less. The room itself was ok but the mattress should have been thrown out along with the people that worked the front desk. This chateaux could be great with a little focus on the things that matter.
