amazing view

this hotel it's not only "location!location!location!" but also has an amazing view of the city looking up north at Yoyogi park/ Shinjuku area. The room we got on the 26th floor was perfect, any higher and you can't see the skyline from the bathtub window. The service was excellent and very professional. Nothing I can't complain besides the bizarre internet access charge, I stayed in another four cheaper hotels in Tokyo and none charged for the service.

Excellent hotel with a great location

This hotel is only 3 blocks from Shibuya station and is very well maintained. There is a starbucks on the first floor, and an easy walk to the shopping and restaurants surrounding the train station.

Excellent hotel that worth for value

This is my first time visiting in Japan and this hotel and along its services is worth for what you pay. Highly recommended for any travellers.

great luxury hotel in tokyo

from the moment we arrived, service was excellent in all aspects. the lobby is full of hotel personnel to greet and answer any questions. elevators are quick. rooms are extremely clean, shiny and new... looks like they recently remodeled. short walk to get to the subway, but you have to walk up and down stairs that cross over the highway. this was fine for us, but maybe not for others. true dedication from the room service crew: I was up on the 32nd floor when the 6.6 earthquake hit. the whole building creaked and swayed for several minutes after it ended, but all was fine. I ordered coffee and it arrived 10 min later carried by an out-of-breath room service waiter, despite the fact the elevators had been turned off for an hour because of the quake.

Great Hotel, but a bit Pricey

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and it is a very comfortable and convenient place to be. But it is expensive. The rooms are fairly pricey and the food borders on outrageous. Unless you're on an expense account, best to eat elsewhere (plenty of options nearby). If you need an example, a Coke was $10... and didn't include refills.

Beautiful Hotel

A great hotel in Tokyo. The rooms were excellent and dynamite views. We were upgraded to corner room with two windows--gorgeous at night. The staff was very good. Good location for Tokyo.
