"not a family hotel"

conveniently located, but in a bad industrial location. my experience was not pleasant due to other guests coming back to the hotel in the early morning with no consideration. carrying on with loud conversations as if they were right outside my door. security? didnt see any I guess its a lesson in "you get for what you pay"

needs improvement

Very close to the airport...however the hotel is old and has no updates. There was no vanity or shelf in the bathroom, the shower was cold, no clock, no night stand or table. The room was very bare. We requested a wake-up call and received none. The courtyard around the pool was nice.

Needs an "extreme make-over."

Convenient to airport but very poor quality accommodations. Thankful we only had to stay one night.

hotel near airport

This hotel was a decent place to stay if you need a place near the airport. The hotel has a good airport shuttle service and is only about a 5 minute trip from the airport. The service was quite good and professional. Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel (ask the desk for a user name and password). Our only complaint is that each individual has its own room air conditioner. The noise level from all of those machines is quite high, and of course terribly inefficient as to energy usage.

Nice staff - very old property

This property seems to have been built in the 1960's. Everyone was very nice but the rooms are small and the bed is old and hard. They did let us check in early and it is very convenient to the airport. It is on a old industrial road but has easy access to the freeways in Honolulu (where you can get on the road and wait like everyone else.) I hat to give a negative score to this hotel except we were expecting a newer, more comfortable hotel.

Best airport hotel available

I've stayed at the other Honolulu Airport hotels and this one I felt was the best. It was VERY clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything you would need for an overnight stay: shuttle, coffee in the lobby, alarm clock and tv.
