Great room for the money

nice room. but details deceaving,states that hotel has pool but it is in the hotel across the parking lot which made us very disappointed, because we planned to go swimming when we booked our room.who wants to wear a bathing suit outside when it's 14 degrees out,then have to walk out in the cold with wet hair to return to your hotel. employee's are wonderful. i would stay there again.also they should have breakfast until 9:00am instead of 7:00am.

You get what you pay for...

Room had a bed with bedspread..those should be outlawed it is the 21st century. Good thing I brought my slippers..very strange smell, need I say more.

Good rooms no breakfast.

Eventhough I love the hotel, their continental break fast is a joke, there was nothing when I went their at 7 in the morning except coffee.

Better than the rating given it!!!!

We were surprised that this hotel has only a two star rating, as it was attractive, convenient, clean and provided everything we needed. I would prefer they serve the breakfast until 8 though. We would recommend it as the price is so much more reasonable than the other hotels around it.

Great Hotel

No problems. Every thing was satisfactory. If there was a negative it was continental breakfast was served from 3AM til 7AM. Definitely too early for most people, but every thing else was great.

Clean bed close to the airport

Nothing to rave about. Nothing to gripe about. If you're looking for a clean bed, close to freeways, this one will do. The breakfast is from 3am to 7am, which is too early for me. Also, the cleaning lady forgot to restock shampoo and coffee, but I just picked them up from the reception desk.

Good Hotel for the Price

Hotel is a good hotel for the price. It would fair to rate the hotel as an excellent 2 star hotel. It is an excellent airport location. Very accessible to the major roads in the area as well as the airport. FREE parking a huge plus. The rooms are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel. We loved the fact that the beds were queen size instead of doubles. The mattresses were quite cheap, yet tolerable. You could feel the coils when moving around. Could hear noise from neighbor room above us, but not unbearable. Was not bothered by the sounds of jets landing at the nearby airport. The item which bothered me the most was the poor cleaning of the bathroom. Hair all over the floor after room had been cleaned. Bath towels and washcloths were very cheap and flimsy. They advertise a free continental breakfast, but the hours are from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Quite impractical for us. Were able to use the Marriott pool and hot tub across the parking lot. That was a nice benefit. Free high speed internet was excellent. We felt it was a good bargain compared to what else was out there at much higher prices. Would strongly recommend hotel as a bargain, but don't expect everything to be perfect.

I spent 1 night on business travel. The staff was polite and the room was clean.

Decent hotel

The people who worked for the hotel were very nice. The rooms were clean enough. The breakfast consisted of sweet rolls and coffee. It was from 3 am-7 am to accommodate the early morning travelers. They were very close to the airport which was nice and did offer a shuttle service (which I did not use). They have a computer in the lobby which you could use (for free) to print your boarding pass. The neighborhood wasn't great, but the hotel seemed secure.

Impressed with everything.

Good hotel staff, clean rooms especially the bathroom, good quality beds, includes parking, includes WiFi, and even includes simple breakfast. I was hosting a group, but Carlingview ran out of room, so I had to get two other rooms in a nearby hotel. That other hotel was slightly more expensive, didn't include free parking, beds were too soft, and the staff wasn't as nice. Don't be fooled by the low price. Carlingview exceeded all my expectations.

Not bad for the price.

It is a good Hotel for it's price. Do not stay on the first floor as there is nothing between the parking spaces and the window. Cars are almost in your room. Except for the noise of planes landing it's OK. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to main Highways and across from the Airport..
